"七·七事变"后,日伪改变了对华北移民的限制政策,开始大批招骗华北青壮年到东北做工。对华北劳动力展开了疯狂地掠夺。与"七·七事变"前相比,这种掠夺具有了新的特点。

After the July 7th Incident,Japan and puppet regimes changed their restrictive immigration policy and beginning to recruit an d deceive lots of young and robust people into working in Northeast and frenziedly plundered the work fo rce in North China.In contrast to before the July 7th Incident,this kind of plun dering had new characteristics.
