贫困地区经济开发效益评价系统分析

SYSTEMATIC ANALYSIS OF EVALUATING THE BENEFITS OF DEVELOPING IMPOVERISHED REGIONS IN ECONOMY

本文采用 Delphi 法.AHP 法,群组决策 AHP 法确定评估指标体系与权值,建立了可操作的扶贫效益评估系统.综合应用发展经济学、数量经济学、区域经济学、现代应用数学和计算机诸领域中的方法,对扶贫效益进行了系统、全面的分析与评价,配套开发了适用丁 IBM—PC/XT 及其兼容机的“扶贫效益评估软件系统”.

By applying the Delphi method,the AHP method and the group decision of AHP method to deter- mine evaluating index system and weights,the paper has established an operable system of evaluating the benefits of prop- ping the poor.By applying comprehensive methods in economics of development,quantity economics,region economics, modern applied mathematics and computer science,the paper has carried out a systematic and comprehensive analysis and evaluation for the benefits of propping the poor,and has set up a software system of evaluating the benefits of propping the poor which is suitable for IBM—PC/XT computer and its compatible computer.
