摘要
作为经济欠发达的苏北地区,充分发挥农业资源和劳动力资源等优势,加快农业产业化进程,构筑新的优势产业,形成强劲的后发优势,是振兴农村经济的有效途径。
As an underdeveloped region, Northern Jiangsu Province should fully play the advantages of agricultural and manual resources. The effective ways to vitalize the rural economy of Northern Jiangsu Province are to accelerate the agricultural industrialization process, to cultivate new superior industries and to form the strong advantage of backwardness.
