摘要
本实验初步研究了海链藻对氮磷的需求,研究结果表明:以等摩尔氮的NH_4Cl、NaNO_3,和NH_4NO_3,作力氮源时,选择NH_4NO_3,为氮源可以获得较快的生长率并维持较长时间的指数生长期;氮源浓度的最适范围在0.54~1.08mmol/L之间,而2.16mmol/L以上的高浓度NH_4NO_3则对海链藻的生长有一定的抑制作用;在不同磷浓度(0.015~0.12mmol/L)的条件下,海链藻保持大致相同的生长速率。
In the present paper, the nitrogen and phosphorus requirement of Thalassiosira sp. wereinvestigatedpnmanly. Theresult ofexperiments showed Thalassiosira sp. grew more rapidly and maintained longer at logarithmic period when used NH4NO3 as N resource than that used NH4Cl and NaNO3 as N resource of thesalne quantgy; and the apt range of N resource was from 0. 54mmol/L to 1. 08mmol/L, but high concentration (more than 2. 16mmol/L) of NH4NO3 inhibited the growth of Thalassiosira Sp. to some degree. In case of different concentration of phosphorus (from 0.015mmol/L to 0. 12mmol/L), Thalassiosira sp. could obtain well - nigh same growth rates.
