摘要
通过教学实验,将跳高教学过程实施分层次教学,即把教学内容分程序,教学对象分层次,并对不同的教学程序和不同的教学对象给予不同的教学方法和手段,制定出相应的层次目标.结果表明,这样可以充分调动学生学习的积极性,使各层次的学生在各自的起点上获得最佳的学习效果,实现了教学方法和手段的优化组合,使教学过程具有科学性、高效性和实用性.
Through teaching experiment, this paper applies level teaching to the teaching procedure of high jump. That is, to adopt different teaching methods according to different teaching procedure and different students, and work out corresponding level goals as well. The result indicates that this can completely arouse the initiative of learners' autonomy and cause the students of different levels to gain the best effect from their own starting points. This realizes the perfect combination of teaching methods and ways,and makes the teaching procedure scientific, effective and practical.
