摘要 目的 :研究Ⅳ型胶原在肾积水中的表达及意义 ,并探讨其沉积与小管间质纤维化程度的相关性。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法 (S P法 ) ,检测Ⅳ型胶原在 31例肾积水和 1 3例正常肾组织中的表达情况。结果 :Ⅳ型胶原在积水肾肾小管胞浆和肾间质表达明显增高 ,积水肾与正常肾组织中的光密度值分别为 0 .2 2 75± 0 .0 0 1 9和0 .1 6 4 0± 0 .0 0 1 3,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。Ⅳ型胶原与间质纤维化病变程度呈正相关 (r=0 .6 31 4 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Ⅳ型胶原沉积可能造成小管功能改变 。 Objective: To evaluate the expression of Collagen type Ⅳ in hydronephrotic kidneys and its clinical implications. Methods: Collagen type Ⅳ expression was detected in 31 cases of hydronephrosis tissues and 13 cases of normal kidney tissues by S P immunohistochemical method. Results: Collagen type Ⅳ deposited both in the interstitium of the hydronephrotic kidney and its cytoplasm. The expression of Collagen type Ⅳ in the hydronephrotic kidneys(absorbency: 0.227 5 ±0.001 9) was remarkably increased in comparison with normal kidneys (absorbency: 0.164 0±0.001 3). The differences were significant(P<0.05). And there was a positive correlation between the expression of Collagen type Ⅳ and the degree of tubulo interstitial fibrosis(r=0.631 4,P<0.05). Conclusion: The deposition of Collagen type Ⅳ might contribute to alterations in tubular function and play a great role in the development of tubulo interstitial fibrosis.
