摘要
丘疹紫癜性“手套和短袜”样综合征是近来发现的皮肤病 ,细小病毒B1 9感染认为是主要病因。其感染还与一些系统性疾病有关 ;易感人群包括孕妇、免疫抑制患者、各型慢性溶血性贫血患者。对免疫功能正常的健康个体 ,只需对症治疗 ,而对免疫功能低下的患者 ,有高危并发症时 。
