毛囊形态发生的分子机制 被引量:13

摘要 毛囊的形态发生有赖于一系列的信号分子 ,这些分子穿梭于胚胎期的真皮和其上的上皮间 ,他们所介导的两个细胞群体间的相互作用导致了两个细胞群体的增殖和分化并最终形成完整的毛囊。这些信号分子大部分属于Wnt传导通路、肿瘤坏死因子家族、成纤维细胞生长因子家族、骨形成蛋白家族、Sonichedgehog传导通路、转化生长因子家族和NOTCH传导通路。他们在毛囊的形态发生中被反复利用 ,并相互作用。
