摘要
利用RAPD技术,采用从200个随机引物中筛选的22个随机引物对48个水蜜桃品种的基因组DNA进行扩增.通过180个扩增位点谱带的聚类,分析供试水蜜桃的系统发育;并运用特殊谱带,建立了水蜜桃的分子检索表;提出了重点保存的水蜜桃种质有冈山白、Springtime、Rebin、白凤、霞晖2号、早艳、奉化玉露.
Genomic DNAs of 48 accessions of (Amygdalus persica) were amplified by RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) with 22 primers selected from 200 arbitrary 10 decamer primers.Analyzing phylogenetic relationship through cluster of bands in 180 amplified loci.Molecular checking index and conservation of key germplasm including Okayamahaku,Spring time,Rebin,Hakuho,Xiahui No.2,Zhaoyian and Fenghuayulu were put forward according to special bands.
