摘要
分析了一氧化氮(NO)对小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)叶片干旱诱导膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:不同浓度NO均能使干旱胁迫下小麦叶片的相对含水量先降后升,而MDA含量先升后降,O-·2释放速率下降,SOD活性升高,POD活性降低;同时,NO可以提高脯氨酸含量。这些结果表明NO提高了小麦叶片的抗氧化能力,降低了干旱胁迫诱导的膜脂过氧化损伤。
Effects of nitric oxide (NO) on drought-induced membrane lipid preoxidation in wheat leaves with NO donor SNP treatment were studied.Both concentrations of SNP tested (0.5 mmol/L and 1 (mmol/L)) enhanced leaf water status expressed as RWC after period of deterioration,as well as opposing effect in MDA content under drought condition.Measurement of ROS metabolism showed that there was,compared with control,a decrease in O^(-·)2 content and POD activity,but a significant increase in SOD activity after SNP treatment.In addition,it was found that the levels of proline was promoted by SNP treatment under water stress.These results indicate that NO treatment enhanced the levels of antioxidation of wheat leaves under drought,declined the damage of membrane by lipid preoxidation.
