摘要
利用"单因素法"原理,在水介质中不改变活塞的行程的条件下,设计出不同活塞直径与阀球直径比值,并进行大量实验,测量出不同条件下的计量误差.利用二次拟合曲线原理对实验数据进行曲线拟合,得出拟合曲线函数,并对函数进行极值计算,得出在该条件下使得计量泵计量精度最高时活塞直径与阀球直径的最佳比例关系,并给出了其拟合曲线图及数学公式,最后通过对不同频率条件下计量精度的相互比较,得出了计量精度的变化趋势.
Single factor law' principle is employed to obtain the diameter ratio of different piston to valve ball without changing the journey of the piston in water medium.Measurement error under different conditions is obtained after a large number of experiments.The principle of fit curves is utilized to analyze the data and gain the fit curve correspondence course.Then the best proportionate relationship of the diameter of the piston to diameter of valve ball were found out and fit curve graph and mathematics formula are got, which can be of reference to the valve designer.
