高速公路沥青路面典型病害及分析

Analysis of typical mechanical damage on expressway asphalt pavement

通过对辽宁省内高速公路路况的调查分析,结合高速公路建设养护的实践,指出东北季冻湿润区高速公路沥青路面的典型病害主要有:裂缝(横向裂缝、纵向裂缝、龟裂);变形(车辙.、冻胀翻浆、沉陷、拥包、波浪);表面破坏(坑槽、泛油、松散、磨光)和桥面破损四大类.笔者通过对病害进行深入分析,指出高速公路沥青路面出现病害的因素有:设计不合理、施工条件差、材料选择及级配组合不当、气候条件不利、超载严重、养护不及时等.同时提出一些改进高速公路建设方法.

Typical damage on expressway asphalt pavement in the humid and seasonally frozen Northeast is pointed out based on the survey of expressway asphalt pavement and the practice of the expressway construction and maintenance.There are four kinds of damage:cracks (horizontal cracks,vertical cracks,distress in concrete);deformation(rut,frosting boil,wave);damage on the surface (pit trough,extensive oil,looseness).At the same time,the damage mechanism of the distress——unreasonable design, unfavorable climate,etc. is analyzed in detail.
