工厂厂房新风机采用由变频器控制的电机拖动,每天电机的起停,调速均通过就地操作变频器上的按键来实现,而变频器及电机运行状况的监控则采用人工定时巡视来完成,存在许多弊端。本文介绍了一种利用单片机实现集中监控的方法。

A majority of good-sized fresh air blowers of factory workshop are drived by electromotor controled by transducer.The electromotor's daily startup or stop and adjusting velocity are realized by operating the button on the transducer local,the circulating state surveillance of transducer and electromotor are realized by timing patrol. A method which realize convergence surveillance and control by singlechip has offered in this paper.
