摘要
结合某办公楼工程概况 ,就屋面渗漏的原因作了分析 ,从选材、隔气层的要求、保温层、找平层的施工等方面 ,提出了改换屋面的方法及施工中的注意事项 。
Combined with one office building work the reasons caused the roof leakage are analyzed and based upon introduction of the construction method of screed coat, insulation course and moisture barrier the roof replacement method is proposed as well as the points for attention in construction in order to completely solve the leakage issues of roof.
