摘要
介绍了滑动轴承材料的选择方法及要求 ,从准备、镀锡、熔化等工序阶段 ,阐述了巴氏合金浇注工艺的具体流程 ,提出了浇注后的质量检查措施 。
In this paper the material selection method of slide bearing and requirements are introduced. From preparation work, tinning, melting and other aspects the Babbitt pouring technology is elaborated as well as the quality control measures to ensure the pouring quality.
