番茄枯萎病诱导抗病性研究进展 被引量:4

Advance on Induced Resistances against Fusarium Wilt Tomato

摘要 综述了近年来国内外番茄枯萎病诱导抗病性研究的主要进展,对不同诱抗剂的诱抗效果和抗性机制做了简要回顾。青霉菌、几丁质等都可降低枯萎病病情指数,降低植株死亡率,且诱抗效果与诱抗剂使用浓度有关。被诱导植株病菌侵入部位细胞壁加厚,胼胝质沉积;植株体内过氧化物酶(POD)活性、多酚氧化酶活性和多酚含量显著增高,P14蛋白、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶等PR蛋白积累。水杨酸与茉莉酸可能介导了二条不同的诱导信号传递途径。同时提出目前研究中存在的问题及今后研究方向和发展前景。 The review focuses on the main advance on induced resistances against Fusarium Wilt in tomato in the past years,including effectiones and mechanisms of induced resistance.At the same time, the current problems of studying,the direction and emphasis of the research ahead and prospect of development were also indicated.
