蓖麻餐用于足月妊娠引产57例观察

Observation on Induced Labor for Mature Foetus with Castor-oil Plant (57 cases)

目的 :观察蓖麻餐用于足月妊娠引产的有效性和安全性。方法 :110例有引产指征的足月初产妇随机分为两组。A组 5 7例 ,用蓖麻油 30 m l炒鸡蛋黄顿服 ,B组 5 3例用催产素静滴。结果 :两组引产成功率分别为 87.72 %和 81.13% (P>0 .0 5 )。宫颈评分≤ 7分的孕妇 ,A组引产成功率 86 .96 % ,高于 B组的 5 8.33% ,(P<0 .0 5 )。两组剖宫产率、产后 2 h出血量及胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率均无显著性差异。结论 :蓖麻餐用于足月妊娠引产是一种安全有效、经济方便的方法。

Objective:To observe the security of castor-oil plant in induced labor for mature foetus.Methods:110 cases with indication of induced labor had been divided into two groups.the test group (57 cases) had been given castor-oil 30ml with fried eggs and the control (53 cases) given alpha hypophamine in vein.Results:The rate of succeeding induced labor was respectively 87.72% and 81.13% (P>0.05).The succeeding rate of pregnant woman in cervical grade≤7 was 86.96% in the test,which is higher than that in the control (P<0.05).The indexes of caesarean birth rate,2 hours bleeding of post partum,fetal distress and fetal asphyxia could be found difference between two groups.Conclusion:Taking castor-oil is a safe and effective method in induced labor for mature foetus.
