瓜环与哌嗪衍生物主客体配合物的研究(英文) 被引量:20

摘要 本文采用核磁共振技术研究瓜环与哌嗪衍生物主客体配合物的结构特征。1H核磁共振谱证实八元瓜环能与一些哌嗪衍生物形成稳定的双客体主客体配合物,六元瓜环与一些哌嗪衍生物形成稳定的1∶1主客体配合物。而五、七元瓜环和哌嗪衍生物则未表现出明显地相互作用。形成的自组装主客体配合物得到质谱的进一步证实。 The Key Laboratory of Chemistry for Natural Products of Guizhou Province,Gui yang550002)abstract:Host - guest complexes formation between cucurbiturils and piperazine deriva tives were studied by using NMR techniques.Experimental results reveal that cucu rbituril can accommodate two molecules of a piperazine derivative to form a1 ∶ 2host - guest complex,and cucurbituril can selectively form stable1 ∶ 1host - guest complex with N - Benzylpiperazine.The experimental results also show that there is no obvious interaction between cucurbituril and piperazine derivatives.All the compl exes were further confirmed by the MS spectra.
