漫话交杯酒与黄酒

摘要 在我国古代婚礼上,就有饮用交杯酒的习俗,交杯酒的早期名称叫“合卺”。交杯酒大约起源于新时器时代晚期,婚礼合卺始于夏商、西周时代。所用的酒杯由最初的葫芦瓢,演变到双杯相联的专用合卺杯,至宋朝时简化为两个普通杯子。交杯酒主要是饮用黄酒。(陶然) The rite of Jiaobeijiu(the rite of drinking from nuptial cups by the bridegroom and bride on their wedding day)prevailed in ancient China.Jiaobeijiu also called“Hekan”in the early period.Jiaobeijiu probably started in the late period of the Neolithic Age.“Hekan”on the wedding day started in Shang Dynasty.The wine cups used for Jiaobeijiu developed from the original gourd ladle to“Hekan cup”(two wine cups connected together)and then to two ordinary wine cups respectively in Song Dynasty.People mainly drank yellow rice wine on the rite of Jiaobeijiu.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
