摘要
本文介绍了铜街子工程碾压砼配合比设计方法、水泥、粉煤灰、外加剂、骨料品质,配合比选择试验.碾压砼拌和、平仓、碾压、结构缝的形成、施工缝处理、骨料分离的防止与处理措施。施工期原材料的检测,施工质量V_c值、拌和时间、机口抽检碾压砼的力学指标、铺料、碾压、密实度等检测成果。
Concrete mix design procedures,cement,flyash,admixture,aggregate quality,test of mix design selection for RCC at Tongjiezi is described. Mixing, spreading, compacting of RCC, formation of structural joints,treatment of construction joints ,prevention of aggregate segregation and its handling are given. The instrumentation results are obtained in check of raw and processed materials,value Vc of construction quality, mixing time, mechanic index of RCC sampled from the outlet of batch mixer,spreading,compaction,degree of compaction.
