Detection of NDV Strain B_(95) by RT-PCR

根据文献发表的 F基因序列 ,设计了 1对新城疫病毒 B95株的特异引物 NDV- P1 / P2 ,探讨了以其进行 RT- PCR检测的可行性。结果证明 ,用该引物可以扩增出 1条 310 bp的特异核酸带 ,敏感性为 0 .0 0 4 3mg/ L。

Two sets of specific primers used in RT-PCR were designed according to the sequence of NDV strain B_(95).The result showed that the RT-PCR detection for NDV strain B_(95) is specific with the sensitivity of (0.004 3) mg/L.
