摘要
实验研究了温度和面内场对液相外延石榴石磁泡薄膜内,第II类哑铃畴(IID)畴壁内垂直布洛赫线(VBL)链稳定性的影响.研究发现,在室温到T0′的任一温度下,IID畴壁中VBL的消失都存在一个临界面内场范围[H(1)ip(T)<Hip<ip(T),H(2)ip(T)].当Hip≤H(1)ip(T)时,IID畴壁中VBL稳定存在;当H(1)H(2)ip(T)时,IIDD畴壁中VBL变得不稳定;随着Hip的增大VBL丢失得越来越多,当Hip≥H(2)ip(T)时,IID畴壁中VBL完全丢失.并且随着温度的升高,临界面内场值H(1)ip(T)和H(2)ip(T)逐渐减小.
The stability of vertical Bloch lines(VBLs)in the second kind of dumbbell domain(IID)walls in LPE garnet bubble films subjected to an in-plane field at different temperature is studied experimentally.It is found that there exist a critical in-plane field range in which vertical Bloch lines are unstable at the temperature from room temperature to T_0′,i.e.,)(T).When H_(ip)≤H^((1))_(ip)(T),the VBLs in the domain walls of IID are stable.When H^((1))_(ip)(T)<H_(ip)<H^((2))_(ip),the VBLs in the domain walls of IID start annihilate gradually.With in in-plane field increasing,more VBLs in the domain walls annihilate.When H_(ip)≥H^((2))_(ip)(T),the VBLs in the domain walls of IID annihilate completely.Also H^((1))_(ip)(T)and H^((2))_(ip)(T) decrease respectively with temperature increasing.
