分析研究了排球比赛中运动员的身心状态,并对在比赛中运动员如何调控放松、始终保持积极的情绪状态、恢复良好的体力方面提出一些具体方法.
From the angle of gymnastic psychology pointing out that one player should take the advantage of game breaks to adjust and relax both his or her body and mind in order to keep oneself active and to recover one's strength.
