摘要 调节性T细胞具有免疫低反应性和免疫调节功能两大特征。它们在自身免疫性疾病的治疗、肿瘤的治疗以及移植耐受的诱导等方面具有潜在的应用价值。本文对近年来文献报道的调节性T细胞进行了总结 ,并就其诱导、分化、膜表面分子标志、功能以及可能的作用机制进行了综述。
