Na^+/H^+交换子在肿瘤研究中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 在肿瘤的生长过程中 ,糖酵解占优势 ,因此会产生大量的乳酸及过多的H+ ,然而在肿瘤细胞周围却形成了一种胞内碱性、胞外酸性的特殊微环境 ,这种特殊微环境的形成主要是因为肿瘤细胞胞膜Na+ H+ 交换子表达增加及活性增强所致。许多研究已表明在肿瘤的发生、发展及转移过程中 ,Na+ H+ 交换子的表达及活性都会发生相应的变化 ,以适应肿瘤生长的需要 ,因此关于Na+ H+ 交换子结构及功能的研究有可能成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
