摘要 阐述了直流锅炉起动系统与汽机旁路系统的型式及设计原则。所开发的计算机程序OTBSP对带再循环泵的直流锅炉冷态、热态起动过程进行了模拟 ,为锅炉起动系统的设计和运行提供了依据。该程序还正确建立了机组起动过程中根据升压曲线及高压旁路调节阀开度计算燃烧率的数学模型 ,为汽机旁路系统设计及优化起动曲线提供了依据。 The types and working principle of startup system for oncethrough boilers and bypass system for steam turbines have been expounded. The simulation of cold and hot starting process for once through boilers with recircuilating pump has been carried out by using the developed computer programme OTBSP. providing basis for design and operation of startup system for oncethrough boilers. A mathematic model for computing combustion rate based on pressureraising curve and on opening degree of the highpressure bypass regulating valve during the starting process of unit has also been correctly established by using the said programme, providing basis for designing the bypass system of steam turbines and for optimizing the startup curve.
