摘要
分析了引进型 30 0MW机组 6、7号瓦在运行中振动爬升的原因 ,阐明了发电机、励磁机转子的3支撑轴系结构是引起发电机密封瓦碰磨、6和 7号瓦不平衡响应大的根本原因 ,并提出了解决或有效控制 6、7号瓦振动爬升的方案。
cause analysis concerning vibration climb of the bearing shoes NO.6 and NO.7 of imported type 300MW units in operation has been carried out, the hasic cause resulting in impactwear of geneater's sealing liner and great inbalance response of bearing shoes NO.6 and NO.7 being expounded, pointing out these problems are due to the structure of threesupport shafting system being used. Hence, an effective scheme for solving and controlling the said vibration climb of beearing shoes NO.6 and NO.7 has been put forward.
