新型三通道双回流煤粉燃烧器在韩城发电厂3号锅炉的应用

摘要 为解决电站锅炉启动过程中燃油消耗量大、运行过程中调峰能力差等问题 ,研制设计了一种新型三通道双回流煤粉燃烧器。实际应用表明 :该燃烧器启动燃油消耗量少 ,设备连续运行可靠性高 ,负荷适应性广 ,达到了预期要求。 In order to solve problems with utility boilers, such as high consumption of fuel oil in startup course, and low capability of peakload reyulation in the operation process etc., a new type pulverized coal burner with three channels and double backflows has been developed and designed. Practical application shows that the said new burner has low consumption of fuel oil in the course of startup, making continuous operation reliability of the equipment to be heightened, and the range of load adaptability to be enlarged, achieving the desired requirements.
