摘要 变焦系统凸轮曲线设计是变焦系统后期设计过程中十分重要的一环 ,曲线设计的好坏直接关系到系统最后像面的稳定程度。针对较普及的ZEMAX光学设计软件界面编写的二组元变焦系统凸轮曲线设计程序确保像面稳定 ,像质优良。程序可准确给出凸轮曲线的数据和形状。可借助该程序对变焦系统任意焦距位置的光学性能和像差特性进行实时评估。提高变焦系统的设计效率和精度 ,对变焦系统的前期和后期设计有着积极的作用。 Zoom System Cam Design is an important step of the later stage design of a zoom system. The quality of the curve design is directly related with the stability of the final image surface of the system. With reference to common optical design software Zemax, this Zoom System Cam Curve Design is specially developed to ensure a stable image surface. This program can accurately produce the data and shape of a cam curve. It can be used to really evaluate the optical performance and imaging characters at any focal length of a zoom system. It can improve the efficiency and accuracy of a zoom system design. Also, it will produce a positive effect on the earlier stage and later stage designs of a zoom system.
