摘要
本文介绍了一种用于沉没油轮船体表面钢板开孔作业的水下遥控液压钻孔机的比例阀控系统的研究。该钻孔机采用遥操作比例阀控技术 ,系统可靠性好 ,响应快、抗干扰能力强 ,能够适应工作海域的海浪和洋流的影响。通过对系统进行仿真 ,证明遥控钻孔机的比例阀控系统切实可行 。
An underwater remote control drilling machine was researched for drilling hole on the armor plate. The designed drilling machine adopted the remote operating proportional valve control technology which had good reliability,quick response,and good robust ability, and it could adapt to the effect of ocean flow of its working sea area. Simulation of the system proved the research of the proportional valve control system was feasible and could achieve prospective effect.
