摘要
本文针对常用的数控系统发那科、西门子、飞利浦研究二维刀具半径补偿数控程序自动编程系统。系统通过UG和AutoCAD输出加工轮廓和进、退刀路线信息 ,然后通过VC编写的程序处理并输出数控加工程序。该系统提高了编程效率 。
NC automatic programming system was studied for cutting tool radius compensation about NC system such as FANUC,SIEMENS and PHILIPS.It outputed NC programs after processing the information from UG or AutoCAD.The system was designed by VC language improved the efficiency of NC programming and reduced the chances for people to make mistakes.
