摘要
对盆栽烟草在14叶龄时进行了2、4和6d的水涝处理,研究水涝胁迫下烟草的生理反应。结果表明:随着淹水时间的延长,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的相对活性和可溶性糖相对含量显著增加;而丙二醛(MDA)相对含量出现先升高后降低的趋势。淹水处理后的供试材料在正常条件下经过2d的恢复,SOD、MDA和可溶性糖含量3项指标均不能达到对照水平。
Pot-cultured tobacco plants of 14 leaves were waterlogged for 2,4 and 6 days respectively,the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and other physiological parameters were determined. The results showed that with the extension of waterlogging time,the relative activity of SOD and the relative content of soluble sugar increased remarkably, but the relative content of malonaldehyde (MDA) was increased at first and decreased subsequently.The three indices (SOD,MDA and soluble sugar) did not reach the control's level after the treated plants rehabilitated in (normal) conditions for 2 days.
