介绍了美国和中国的发电设备可靠性术语定义的标准。分析了这些标准中发电设备可靠性的状态术语、容量术语、时间术语、电能术语和可靠性评价指标计算公式的相同点和不同点。分析结果为修改发电设备可靠性术语定义和统计方法提供了科学的依据。
The paper introduces American and Chinese standards concerning terms and defenitions related to reliability of power generating equipment, discusses coincidence and discrepancies of corresponding technical terms with respect to state of operation, output capacity, timing, electric energy concepts as well as calculation formulae for reliability evaluation. This may provide some scientific footing for revision of reliability terms of power generating equipment, and also for choosing proper statistical methods.
