摘要
根据纳米机械和微机械中杆的晶格振动量子化的结论,推导了杆的原子均方位移公式,并用Lindeman熔化判据,分析了纳米机械和微机械中杆的熔化性质。结果表明,微机械和纳米机械中的杆比宏观机械中的杆更易熔化;表面比内部更易熔化;杆的熔点与杆的尺寸有关,若杆的尺寸成比例缩小,则顶角、端面和中央端面熔点越低;若杆的横断面不变,而杆的长度越长,则顶角、端面和中央端面熔点越低;若杆的长度不变,而杆的横断面越小,则顶角、端面和中央端面熔点越低。
On the basis of the quantization results of lattice vibrations of rod in nano and micro-machine,the formula for atomic mean-square displacement(MDS)is deduced,and the melting property of rods in nano-and micro-machine is analysed with the Lindemans melting criterion. The results show that the rod in nano-machine and micro- machine is easier to melt than the rod in the macro machine,the surface is easier to melt than the inner,the melting temperatures of rod are relative to its dimensions,the melting temperatures of vertexs,surfaces and inner are reduced when the dimensions of staff are reduced proportionally. If the transect keep the same,the longer rod will have the lower melting temperature. If the length of the rod keep the same,the rod with the smaller transect will have the lower melting temperature.
