摘要
介绍采用水浸超声聚焦回波检测法检测铝合金电阻点焊焊核直径。对接头焊点的C扫描及对局部点的A扫描信号的采集与分析,经实际焊点横截面的金相观察对比,可以较准确确定点焊的焊核直径。
Resistance spot welding in aluminum alloy was tested by ultrasonic immersion method with focusing probe. Comparison of C-scan of entire sample and the data of local point A-scan collected and processed with the metallographs of sample cross section showed that the method could be used to determine the spot size of resistance spot welding.
