摘要 介绍了电站锅炉省煤器飞灰磨损的主要影响因素。分析了各种省煤器结构形式、对流管束排列方式和几何尺寸等结构因素的变化对省煤器管束飞灰磨损的影响,给出了抗磨性好、磨损量小的电站锅炉省煤器的结构形式。 For the sake of solving the problem of bursting and leakage occurring in tube banks of economizers, the paper explains the main factors that cause fly ash abrasion in economizers of power plant boilers and suggests the adoption of an abrasion easing construction, after having first analyzed structural features of various types of economizers, arrangement of convection tube banks as well as their dimensioning. The paper moreover shows some kinds of economizer constructions of power plant boilers, chareterized by their resistance potential against abrasion, and reduced amount of wear.
