中小企业作为推广高新技术的试验田和第一阵地 ,在世界各国的经济发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。然而 ,在我国仍然有诸多的因素制约着中小企业发展 ,尤为突出的是融资瓶劲问题。所以要对我国中小企业融资中存在的问题及其成因进行剖析并制定出相应的措施。

As the first position of extending high technology,small-medium sized enterprises have played important roles in development of all over the world.However,there are many factors restraining development of small-medium sized enterprises in china,specially financing bottle-neck.This paper mainly analyzed the financing problems of small-medium sized enterprises and enact corresponding steps.
