摘要
结合博弈论的有关知识和股市的运行机制 ,有必要引进集体诉讼制度 ,让律师和中小投资者形成智猪博弈中的大猪和小猪 ,促使律师在中小投资者的利益受到侵害后能代表中小投资者从法律途径去制约控股股东 。
Being combined the knowledge of game and the movement mechanism of stock market, it is necessity to usher in the collective litigation system, let the lawyer become the big pig and small investor become small pig in the modem of clever pig game, so that lawyer can indict major investor by representing small investor when they are violated by major investor, which can urge the stock market running normal.
