FX玻璃离子和光固化复合树脂治疗牙颈部楔状缺损的比较

摘要 目的 :比较FX玻璃离子和光固化复合树脂治疗牙颈部楔状缺损的疗效。方法 :楔状缺损病人 10 0例 ,共 30 0颗牙 ,随机分成FX组 4 5例 ,共15 0颗牙 ,男性 2 3例 ,女性 2 2例 ,年龄 (5 4±s 8)a ,病程 (5± 5 )a ,使用GlasionomercementFX材料充填。树脂组 5 5例 ,共 15 0颗牙 ,男性 35例 ,女性 2 0例 ,年龄 (5 4± 8)a ,病程 (5± 4 )a ,使用PrimeAPH光固化复合树脂及相配套的酸蚀剂、釉质粘结剂充填。结果 :FX组一次修复成功率 96 .6 % ,高于树脂组 70 .0 % ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。FX组的脱落率、牙髓刺激发生率亦明显均低于树脂组(P <0 .0 1) ,继发龋齿和密合度欠佳的发生率低于树脂组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :FX是高强度、高粘结度、颜色逼真、操作简单的口腔科新型充填材料 ,使用后无不良反应 。 AIM: To compare the effect of glasionomer cement FX material with that of light-cured composite resin material in treating wedge-shaped defect. METHODS: Three hundred teeth from the 100 patients with wedge-shaped defect were divided randomly into two groups: FX group and resin group. FX group of 45 patients (M 23, F 22; age (54±s 8) a; course of disease (5±5) a) with 150 teeth was treated with glasionomer cement FX material. Resin group of 55 patients (M 35, F 20; age (54±8) a; course of disease (5±4) a ) was treated with Prime APH light-cured composite resin and such auxiliary materials as corrosive and enamel adhesive. RESULTS: The FX group enjoyed a higher proportion of restoration success (96.6 %) than that of the resin group (70.0 %). The difference was significant. The probability of teeth-dropping and the occurrence of pulpitis in FX group were obviously less than those in resin group (P<0.01). The occurrence of consequent decayed teeth and ill-fitted in FX group were less than those in resin group (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: Glasionmer cement FX is a new kind of filling material for tooth repair. It is of high-intensity, high-viscosity, true to real color, with no abnormal reaction and thus worthy of being widely recommended and used in clinic.
