摘要
NH3-TPD(Temperature-ProgrammedDesorption)技术是表征固体酸催化剂表面酸性质的有效手段。考察了催化剂粒度、程序升温速率、载体流速以及催化剂装填量等实验操作条件对ReY型沸石催化剂NH3-TPD表征结果的影响。实验结果显示:当催化剂粒度为40~60mesh、程序升温速率为15℃ min、载气流速为60ml min、催化剂填量为0 10g时,适宜进行NH3-TPD实验。
NH_3-TPD(Temperature-Programmed Desorption)technique is the effective means used for the characterization of surface acidity of solid acidic catalysts.The effect of experiment condition such as catalyst particle,temperature-programmed rate,flow rate of carrier gas and filled amount of catalysts on the NH_3-TPD characterization results of ReY zeolite are investigated.The results show that the conditions of 40~60 mesh of catalyst particle,15 ℃/min of temperature-programmed rate,60 ml/min of flow rate of carrier gas and 0.10 g of filled amount of catalysts are suitable for the NH_3-TPD experiment.
