摘要
采用乳液聚合方法合成了丙烯酸酯压敏胶,探讨了乳化剂种类及用量、丙烯酸酯、交联单体、pH值对压敏胶性能的影响。实验结果表明:阴离子乳化剂与非离子乳化剂(质量)比为4∶6、乳化剂用量为1 5g L、乳液压敏胶性能在半年内无变化;丙烯酸丁酯与丙烯酸乙酯质量之比为94∶6时,压敏胶的初粘性为15#,持粘性为48h;交联单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺用量为2%时,压敏胶的初粘性为15#,持粘性大于48h;乳液压敏胶的pH值为3~6时,压敏胶的初粘性大于15#,持粘性大于48h。
An acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive introduced in this paper was synthesized through an emulsion polymerization. Research results showed that the types and amounts of the emulsifier, acrylate monomers and cross-linking agent and pH value of the reactants influenced the properties of acrylate emulsion.
