摘要
以羟烷基胺和聚乙二醇分别与硼酸反应,合成二种硼酸酯,羟烷基胺硼酸酯最佳合成工艺条件为n(羟烷基胺):n(硼酸)=3∶1,反应温度为120~130℃,反应时间为2h。聚乙二醇醚硼酸酯最佳合成工艺条件为n(聚乙二醇醚):n(硼酸)=3∶1,反应温度为140±20℃,时间为4h。以二种硼酸酯和多乙二醇醚为主体材料,制备高级制动液,其平衡回流沸点为252℃,-40℃运动粘度为1125mm2 s,其余指标也完全达到国标GB10830—1998中JG4标准。
Two boric esters were synthesized through reaction of boric acid with hydroxyalkylamine and polyglycol ether respectively.The optimal synthesis process for hydroxyalkylamine boric ester is as following:n(hydroxyalkylamine):n(boric acid)=3∶1,the reaction temperature is within 120℃~130℃,the time is 2h.The optimal synthesis process for polyglycol boric ester is as following:n(polyglycol ether):n(boric acid)=3∶1,the reaction temperature is within 140℃±20℃,the time is 4h.Under these reaction conditions,a high-grade brake fluid based on the two kinds of boric esters and polyglycol ether was synthesiazed.The equilibrium reflux point of the said brake fluid is 252℃,movement viscosity is 1125mm^2/s at -40℃.All the other properties reach those in GB 10830-1998 JG_4 standard.
