常压介质阻挡放电间隙的选择及其在材料表面改性中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 使用自制介质阻挡放电装置 ,分析了常压等离子体放电电流和放电功率与放电间隙的变化关系 ,提出了“放电临界间隙”的概念 ,并应用该装置对PBT熔喷非织造布进行表面改性 。 At atmospheric pressure, the dependence of plasma discharge current and discharge power on discharge gap is analyzed using improved dielectric barrier discharge equipment and technique. The results indicate that critical discharge gap is an important parameter to improve the quality of surface modification of materials. The satisfactory surface modification on blood-filtering material of PBT melt-blown nonwoven has been performed. It has been investigated that the influences of discharge gap and gases on the increase and stabilization of the wettability of the material.
