摘要
提出一种采用PLC控制的压制钕铁硼(Nd Fe B)磁性材料的机电一体系统,并介绍了系统重要组成部分:压机主体和电控箱,给出了电控箱中各控制部分的电路及工作原理。实验证明本系统具有结构紧凑、操作方便、控制性能好等优点。
In this paper a new mechanical and electrical system of adopting PLC to control the pressure of Nd-Fe-B magnetic material is proposed. Its main parts,pressure set and control box,and their work mechanism are introduced.Experiments showed its structure is compact,operation is convenient and control performance is good.
