This paper calculates the economic losses of human health from air pollution in Shanxi province based on the labour capital and willing to pay method, then compares the difference between two methods, gets the reasonable results of the human health economic lossess from air pollution in Shanxi province,supplies a theoritical base for making environmental policy in our province.
