摘要
中国企业错失了第一、二次工业革命的良好发展时机,终于迎来了全球化和信息化这个新的迎头赶上的绝好机会。世界经济全球化和信息化的浪潮促使企业厉行改革,全面创新以适应快速变化的国际竞争。文章从业务流程再造、组织结构优化、加强成本管理、扩大竞争范围和促进企业创新5个方面探讨了企业通过实施信息化如何提升竞争力。
China's enterprises have missed the advantage development chance of the 1st and 2nd industrial revolution.In course of time, they meet the best chance of the wave of globalization and informationization to catch up with. The wave of world economy's globalization and infomationization urge china's enterprises to reform drastically and innovate roundly so as to adapt the vertiginous international competition. The paper studies how to enhance Chinese enterprises' competition advantage through informationization from the follow five aspects: business process reengineering, organization structure optimizing, cost management strengthening, competition scope overspreading, and innovating of technology and management and system.
