摘要
油藏电加热设备适用于某些不宜用注蒸汽开采的稠油油藏的开发 ,主要由电力调节设备、电力输送系统、电极部分、接地系统、记录及监测系统等组成。在分析电加热设备的加热原理的基础上 ,利用CMG公司的STARS数值模拟软件对油藏电加热时形成的油层电阻、油层内部产生的热能及其分布、电加热形成的温度场等工艺参数及特性进行了计算分析。结果表明 ,电阻电加热的加热半径较短 ,有效加热范围 3~ 5m ,加热温度随距离的增大呈指数关系递减。
The reservoir electric heating system is suitable for use in the recovery of heavy oil reservoir which is unsuitable to be exploited by means of steam injection. The heating system is comprised of power regulating device, power transmissiondevice, electrode, earthing device and record and monitoringapparatus. After an analysis of the operating principle of the heating system, some of the technological parameters are calculated, including the downhole electric resistance and temperature field produced in heating and the heat energy inside the oil bearing formation. The characteristics of the reservoir heating technology is analyzed, and the result shows electric resistance type reservoir heating system performs well.
