摘要
为了满足甬沪宁原油管线及未来中石化管道储运事业发展的需要 ,研制了ZYW— 76 2型中频加热液压弯管机。详述了该型弯管机的工作原理及主要装置的组成、作用和结构特点 ,并对研究开发过程中出现的问题 ,如推进系统的设计、液压系统的控制以及与弯管质量密切相关的重要参数的控制等做了详细的阐述。实践证明 ,该弯管机所生产的弯管弯曲段的椭圆度、弯曲角度偏差、端面坡口度等技术指标均符合标准要求 ,产品质量可靠 ,完全能满足管道储运工程建设的需要。
A large-calibre medium-frequency heating hydraulic pipe bender, Model ZYW-762 pipe bender, is developed to meet the need of oil-gas storage and transportation of SINOPEC. The operating principle and design features of the pipe bender are expounded. The problems in the design of the device are analyzed, including the design of the driving system, the control of the hydraulic system as well as the control of the key quality parameters. Practice shows that elbow pipes produced by this kind of pipe bender measure up to the relevant technical index and have reliable quality.
