摘要
研究了一种扩谱载波数字脉冲间隔调制SSC-DPIM(Spreadspectrumcarrierdigitalpulseintervalmodulation)技术并用于电力线载波扩谱通信系统.采用线性扫频SSC扩谱载波对DPIM符号进行编码,引入脉冲前导码作为传输数据块的同步信号以防止差错传播.介绍了数据传输速率及数据块传送差错率的理论分析结果.并采用单片机实现了SSC-DPIM电力线载波通信系统.实验结果表明,在同样的电力线网络环境下,其通信效果明显优于已有的电力线载波通信系统.
Digital Pulse Interval Modulation (DPIM) is a pulse-interval modulation technique and a modified form of PPM which has been shown to be suitable for deployment in optical-wireless-communication systems.A spread spectrum digital pulse interval modulation (SSC-DPIM) communication strategy for power-line communication is investigated , where the DPIM symbols are encoded using a swept frequency carrier coupled to the power line and a preamble DPIM frame with a fixed interval is used to mitigate the data error propagation. The presence of the frequency swept carrier on the PL will represent the presence of a DPIM pulse, and the absence of the carrier will represent the spacing state of the SSC-DPIM frame. The theoretical analysis about the data transmission rate and the data block error rate are studied. The SSC-DPIM system is implemented by a single-chip micro-processor and has been applied successfully in a train fault information system based on power-line communications. The experiment results show that the SSC-DPIM system has an advantage over the most established power-line communication techniques in bit data error rate in the presence of a high signal attenuation and strong complicated noise.
