10个品种的乌桕叶蛋白含量为(58~104)g/kg.乌桕叶品种之间的相对氨基酸含量差异不是非常明显,而在氨态和非蛋白质态氮水平上却是显著的.基于凯氏氮的10个品种的氮到蛋白质的转换因子(Kp)范围为3.73~5.97,表明传统的6.25的转换因子对乌桕叶蛋白不是很有效的.因此,一个平均的Kp值4.89±0.83可能提供乌桕叶蛋白质含量较好的估计.
Leaf protein contents of 10 Chinese tallow varieties (Sapium sebiferum) ranged from 58 to 104 g·kg^(-1) dry matter. Intervarietal differences in relative amino acid contents of Chinese tallow leaves were not very evident, but differences of ammonia and non-protein nitrogen in levels were notable. The nitrogen-to-protein conversion factors (Kp) for 10 varieties based on Kjeldahl nitrogen ranged from 3.73 to 5.97, showing that the traditional conversion factor of 6.25 was not valid for Chinese tallow leaf proteins. Therefore, an average Kp value of 4.89±0.83 may provide a better estimate of the protein content in Chinese tallow leaves.
